About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Civil Labourers to join our clients' teams across various civil construction projects in the Nowra area.

This is a great opportunity for people with civil construction experience who enjoy hands-on outdoor work and are comfortable working in a team environment.

You will be assisting with a range of roadworks and civil construction activities, including trenching, moving hot mix and screeding.

Casual opportunities are available, offering competitive hourly rates and ongoing support from our recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you may be required to:

• Assist with general roadworks and civil construction activities

• Dig and prepare trenches for underground services and infrastructure

• Move, spread and distribute hot mix

• Assist with screeding and surface preparation

• Use hand tools and basic construction equipment

• Maintain a clean, safe and organised worksite

• Follow site safety procedures and directions from supervisors

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience in civil construction or roadworks

• A strong work ethic and willingness to get hands-on

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• A safety-focused approach to work

• Ability to undertake physically demanding tasks

• Reliability and flexibility with working hours and project requirements

Essential Requirements

• Current White Card

• Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport

• Full Australian working rights
