About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Labourer to join a civil construction team in the Nowra area.

This role offers full-time hours on a 9-day fortnight roster, combining HR truck driving with hands-on general labouring duties across various roadworks projects.

You will assist with the delivery of materials and equipment to worksites while supporting the crew with general civil construction and road maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be required to:

• Operate HR vehicles to transport materials, tools and equipment to and from worksites.

• Assist with general labouring duties across civil construction projects.

• Support road maintenance activities, including pothole repairs.

• Assist with digging trenches and other ground preparation works.

• Load, unload and handle materials and equipment.

• Maintain a safe and tidy work environment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous HR truck driving experience.

• Experience in civil construction or general labouring.

• A hands-on approach and willingness to assist wherever required.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

• The ability to undertake physically demanding work.

Essential Requirements

• Current HR Driver's Licence.

• Current White Card.

• Previous HR driving experience.

• Current Driver's Licence.

• Full Australian working rights.

• Ability to pass medical and drug and alcohol testing if required.
