About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking General Hand to join our client's team in the Nowra area, working within the facilities maintenance industry.

This role will involve general maintenance of facilities and surrounding grounds, assisting with day-to-day upkeep and ensuring work areas are maintained to a safe and presentable standard.

Offering full-time hours, Monday to Friday, this is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent weekday work over an initial 3-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be required to:

• Carry out general maintenance of facilities and grounds

• Assist with groundskeeping and outdoor maintenance duties

• Maintain clean, safe and presentable work areas

• Assist with general labouring and maintenance tasks as required

• Follow workplace health and safety procedures

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience in general labouring, groundskeeping or maintenance

• A practical, hands-on approach to work

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• A reliable work ethic and positive attitude

• The ability to work independently and follow instructions

• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety

Requirements

• Current White Card

• Current C Class Driver's Licence

• MR Licence highly desirable

• Current Traffic Control tickets highly desirable
