About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Process Workers to join a manufacturing facility in South Nowra.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a short-term assignment with full-time hours available, working Monday to Friday within a food production and packaging environment.

You will play an important role in supporting daily production activities, helping ensure products are processed efficiently and workplace standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you may be required to:

• Assist with processing food products as part of the production workflow.

• Support packaging and production line activities.

• Handle products and materials in accordance with workplace procedures.

• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe work area.

• Follow food handling, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.

About You

We're looking for someone who is reliable, hands-on and willing to learn. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• A strong work ethic and positive attitude.

• Good attention to detail.

• The ability to follow instructions and established procedures.

• The ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• A commitment to workplace safety, cleanliness and hygiene.

Previous manufacturing, food production or packaging experience will be highly regarded, but a willingness to learn and a reliable approach to work are equally important.

Requirements

• Availability to work Monday to Friday.

• Ability to undertake manual and repetitive tasks as required

• Full Australian working rights.

• Ability to complete any required pre-employment checks.
