Hours: 3–4 days per week, Tuesday to Friday, approximately 5 hours per day

About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Administration Assistant to join our client’s team in Nowra.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for local, part-time work that fits around school hours or other commitments.

You will provide general administration support, assist with student enquiries and help the office with day-to-day tasks. The role would suit someone who is confident using a computer, communicates well and enjoys working in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be required to:

• Assist with general office administration
• Respond to and assist with student enquiries
• Complete basic data entry and maintain records
• Provide day-to-day support to the administration team
• Assist with general office tasks as required

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Reliable, organised and professional
• Friendly and confident when communicating with students and staff
• Comfortable using computers and completing basic data entry
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Well presented with a positive attitude
• Available Tuesday to Friday during school hours

Requirements

• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Good computer and communication skills
• Full Australian working rights
