We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Labourers to join our clients across the Shoalhaven area, with opportunities available across civil, construction and manufacturing environments.

You may be working on construction sites, civil projects, manufacturing facilities or general labouring environments. Duties will vary depending on the position and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

In these roles, you may be required to:

• Perform general labouring duties across civil, construction or manufacturing environments
• Assist tradespeople and site teams with day-to-day tasks
• Load, unload and move materials, tools and equipment
• Maintain clean, tidy and safe work areas
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures and site instructions
• Use basic hand tools and equipment where required
• Complete manual handling and physical duties safely and efficiently
• Work effectively as part of a team and follow directions from supervisors

About You

We’re looking for people who are:

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Physically fit and comfortable performing manual labour
• Safety-focused with a positive attitude
• Able to follow instructions and work well within a team
• Willing to learn and take on a variety of tasks
• Comfortable working in different environments and adapting to changing duties
• Experienced in labouring, civil, construction or manufacturing work, or keen to gain experience in these industries

Requirements

• White Card – essential
• Current driver’s licence with reliable transport
• Previous labouring or industry experience is advantageous
• Ability to work safely and follow workplace procedures
• Ability to pass medical and/or drug & alcohol testing where required
• Full Australian working rights
