Hours: Thursday, Friday & Saturday shifts between 1:00pm and 9:00pm

About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Kitchen Hand to join a local fine dining restaurant in the Nowra area for seasonal casual work.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for additional hospitality hours and wanting to be part of a small, friendly team.

You’ll be working alongside the kitchen team to help keep service running smoothly and ensure the kitchen remains clean, organised and well prepared.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting the kitchen team with general kitchen hand duties
• Collecting, washing and cleaning dishes
• Assisting with basic food preparation and prep for service
• Keeping kitchen areas clean and organised
• Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a positive and reliable attitude
• Is comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment
• Can work well as part of a small team
• Is willing to assist with a range of general kitchen duties
• Has good attention to cleanliness and hygiene
• Previous kitchen or hospitality experience

Requirements

• Previous kitchen or hospitality experience preferred
• Ability to work the required Thursday, Friday and Saturday shifts
• Full Australian working rights
• Reliable transport to and from the Nowra area
