Hours: 6:30am starts | 9-day fortnight

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable Concrete Labourer to join a skilled civil infrastructure crew based in Nowra.

This is a hands-on role working across civil construction projects, assisting with concrete works, earthworks and general site labouring. If you're safety-focused, enjoy working outdoors and are looking for consistent weekday work, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete preparation, placement and screeding
• Support tradespeople on civil infrastructure projects
• Carry out earthworks and general labouring duties
• Prepare worksites, tools and materials
• Maintain a safe and tidy work environment

About You

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience in civil construction, concreting or labouring
• Experience in screeding concrete
• A strong work ethic and reliable attitude
• Ability to work well within a team
• Good physical fitness
• Commitment to workplace safety

Essential Requirements

• Construction White Card
• Current Driver's Licence
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and/or drug & alcohol test if required
• Full Australian working rights
