About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join our client’s team within the building and construction industry in South Nowra.

Working in a fast-paced Business-to-Business environment, you will be a key point of contact for customers, managing enquiries, quotes, orders and deliveries while providing professional and reliable support. This opportunity would suit someone with strong administration skills, excellent communication and a proactive approach to customer service who enjoys working in a team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be required to:

• Professionally respond to customer enquiries with a focus on delivering excellent service
  • Assist customers with product, pricing and availability enquiries
  • Prepare, process and manage customer quotes and orders
  • Provide accurate pricing and delivery information
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, freight companies and internal teams
  • Follow up outstanding quotes and customer requests
  • Resolve customer queries by identifying solutions and coordinating the appropriate resources
  • Support area sales representatives with customer requirements and order management

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience in customer service, administration or a similar support role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • A proactive approach with the ability to problem-solve effectively
  • Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems
  

Requirements

• Previous customer service or administration experience (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Current Driver’s Licence
  • Full Australian working rights
