About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking experienced Concrete Finishers to join our client's team on a major precast concrete project in the Shoalhaven Area.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent work on a large-scale project running through to December 2026, manufacturing up to 900 precast tilt panels. You'll be joining an experienced team working in a safe, well-organised environment where quality workmanship and teamwork are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be required to:

• Finish and smooth precast concrete tilt panels to a high standard
• Screed and level wet concrete
• Operate hand and power trowels
• Shape, edge and prepare concrete surfaces
• Work safely within a production and manufacturing environment
• Maintain quality standards and follow site procedures

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in concrete finishing or precast concrete
• Experience using screeds and power trowels
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• A reliable work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• A strong focus on workplace health and safety

Requirements

• Current White Card
• Previous concrete finishing experience
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
• Full Australian working rights
