About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity is available for motivated Labourers with concreting experience to join an upcoming civil construction and infrastructure project in the Nowra region.

Working alongside experienced tradespeople, you'll assist in delivering high-quality concrete works on a major local project. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in producing quality results, and is looking to build their experience within the civil construction industry.

You'll be joining a safety-focused team that values reliability, teamwork and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you may be required to:

• Assist with a range of civil construction and infrastructure works
• Carry out concreting duties including formwork, pouring, mixing and screeding
• Assist with retaining wall construction (experience highly regarded)
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Follow site instructions, plans and workplace safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous labouring experience within civil construction or concreting
• Experience assisting with concrete placement and finishing
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• The ability to work safely both independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
• A commitment to producing quality work

Essential Requirements

• Construction White Card
• Previous concreting experience
• Current Driver Licence and reliable transport
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and/or drug & alcohol testing if required
• Full Australian working rights
