About the Opportunity

We are seeking motivated Civil Labourers to join an upcoming civil construction project with a well-established Illawarra business.

Working alongside experienced crews, you'll assist with a variety of civil infrastructure works in a safe, team-focused environment. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience on a major local project.

Key Responsibilities

• General civil labouring duties

• Road, kerb, footpath and drainage works

• Excavation support

• Operate hand and power tools

• Assist tradespeople and plant operators

• Follow site safety procedures

• Maintain a clean worksite

About You

You will have:

• Previous civil or construction labouring experience

• Ability to work safely within a team

• Good communication skills

• Physical fitness for manual work

Requirements

• Construction White Card

• Current Driver Licence and reliable transport

• Ability to pass medical and drug & alcohol testing if required

• Full Australian working rights

Plant tickets or Traffic Control tickets are advantageous but not essential.
