About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable MR Labourer to join our client's civil construction crew in Nowra for an upcoming project. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of driving and hands-on labouring work, thrives in an outdoor environment, and is committed to working safely as part of a team.

You'll be involved in a variety of civil infrastructure works, supporting experienced crews on projects across roads, drainage and public infrastructure while operating an MR truck to transport materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be required to:

• Deliver construction materials including road base, gravel, soil and other products to site
• Operate an MR truck safely in accordance with road and site requirements
• Assist civil crews with general labouring duties
• Support works involving roads, drainage, footpaths and minor infrastructure projects
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite while following all WHS procedures

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience in civil construction or a similar labouring environment
• A strong work ethic with a willingness to assist wherever required
• Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team
• A commitment to workplace safety and following site procedures
• The ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions

Essential Requirements

• Current MR Truck Licence
• Construction White Card
• Reliable transport
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing if required
• Full Australian working rights
