About the Role

• Provide exceptional food and beverage service across events and daily operations
• Serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with RSA requirements
• Set up and pack down event and dining spaces
• Take food and beverage orders and process transactions
• Assist with event service and guest experiences
• Maintain presentation, cleanliness and service standards
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Deliver a welcoming and professional guest experience

About You

• Current RSA certificate (essential)
• Previous hospitality, food service or bar experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, well-presented and professional
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Available for weekend, evening and event work
• Must hold a current driver's licence and have reliable transport (essential)
