About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience as a Barista in a high-volume café environment
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Experience with café operations and service coordination
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Availability to work weekends as required
• The ability to remain calm and organised during busy periods
