Project Manager – Department of Education Projects

Batemans Bay & Ulladulla Region | 6-Month Contract | Potential Extension

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee Department of Education upgrade and refurbishment projects, commencing in Batemans Bay before transitioning to a second project in Ulladulla.

This role is heavily site-focused and suited to someone with a strong building or trade background who can coordinate trades, manage day-to-day site activity, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise multiple trades onsite
• Ensure projects are progressing to program timelines
• Manage onsite changes and day-to-day project issues
• Liaise with contractors, supervisors, and stakeholders
• Monitor site safety and compliance requirements
• Ensure works are completed to quality standards

Requirements

• Trade qualification relevant to the building/construction industry
• Previous experience managing construction or refurbishment projects onsite
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination
• White Card
• Reliable vehicle and current driver’s licence
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts across active project sites
