We are currently seeking a reliable and hands-on Machine Operator to join a well-established manufacturing operation based in Nowra.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in machine operation, production, or process work who is looking for stable, ongoing employment within a busy industrial environment.



About the Role

Working within a fast-paced manufacturing setting, you will be responsible for safely operating machinery and supporting day-to-day production requirements.

Key duties include:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Loading raw materials and finished product handling
• Assisting with batching, mixing, and packaging processes
• Conducting routine quality checks
• Completing production paperwork and run sheets
• Identifying and reporting machine faults or variances
• General housekeeping and maintaining a safe work area
• Following all WHS procedures and PPE requirements

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:

• Previous experience in machine operating, manufacturing, or process work
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic issues
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Reliable transport and strong attendance record
• Forklift licence highly regarded but not essential
• A proactive, team-focused attitude
