What You’ll Be Doing

• Bringing café favourites to life across busy breakfast and lunch services
• Keeping service running smoothly through prep, cooking, and clean-down
• Delivering visually appealing, well-executed dishes under pressure
• Working closely with a small, energetic kitchen team in a fast-moving environment
• Upholding food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards at all times
• Supporting general kitchen flow including stock rotation and organisation

About You

• Solid experience as a cook in a café or similar hospitality setting (essential)
• No formal qualifications or tickets required — experience is what counts here
• Confident working under pressure during peak service rushes
• Sharp eye for detail and pride in food presentation
• Reliable, switched-on, and a strong team player
• Flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, and busy service periods
