About the Role

We are seeking a trade-qualified Carpenter to join a busy residential construction team delivering new build projects across the Nowra region. This is a hands-on site-based role suited to a capable tradesperson who can work independently and consistently deliver high-quality workmanship.

You will be involved across all stages of residential construction, contributing to efficient project delivery and maintaining strong site standards.



Key Responsibilities

• Carpentry work on residential new build projects (frame, lock-up, fix-out)
• Read and interpret plans and construction drawings accurately
• Deliver high-standard workmanship in line with specifications
• Maintain WHS compliance and safe work practices at all times
• Work efficiently to meet site deadlines and milestones
• Collaborate professionally with site supervisors and trades

Requirements

• Trade qualification in Carpentry (Certificate III or equivalent)
• Valid Construction White Card
• Proven experience in residential new builds (essential)
• Own tools of trade
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods and standards
• Ability to work autonomously on site
• Reliable transport to and from job sites in the Nowra area
