We’re currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Car Wash Attendant to join a well-established operation offering a highly attractive 4/5/5/4 roster, providing consistent extended time off and strong work-life balance.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and values a structured schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of customer service, assisting customers with general enquiries and use of facilities
• Conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of car wash equipment
• Refill consumables including soaps, waxes, and other materials
• Ensure the site is kept clean, tidy, and fully operational at all times
• Monitor equipment performance and escalate any faults as required
• Maintain a safe working environment in line with site procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously
• Customer-first mindset with clear communication skills
• Practical, hands-on approach with basic mechanical aptitude
• Reliable and punctual with a commitment to rostered shifts
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
