About the Role:
We’re looking for reliable, committed Labourers to join our civil construction and building teams in Shoalhaven. If you take pride in showing up consistently, working safely, and contributing to projects that make a difference, this is the role for you. No specialised tickets are required — on-the-job training is provided.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting tradespeople and site crews with civil construction tasks
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials safely
• Maintaining clean, organised, and safe worksites
• Digging trenches, shovelling, and general groundwork
• Assisting with formwork and concrete pours
• Following site instructions and adhering to safety standards

What We’re Looking For:
• Extremely reliable and punctual — we need team members who can be counted on every day
• Physically capable and ready for hands-on civil work
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Current driver’s licence with reliable transport
• White Card
