• _{Bring events to life through setup, styling, signage, and overall presentation}
• _{Support smooth bump-in and bump-out operations}
• _{Coordinate event materials, run sheets, and supplier requirements to ensure flawless execution}
• _{Liaise with internal teams to ensure operational readiness}
• _{Provide exceptional guest services including arrivals, registration, and enquiries}
• _{Support vendors, contractors, and event partners onsite}
• _{Monitor event timelines and escalate issues to maintain smooth operations}
• _{Assist with event documentation, schedules, and reporting}
• _{Support inventory control and tracking of event equipment}
