Operations Coordinator – Full Time | South Nowra, NSW

What You’ll Be Doing

Operations Management:

  • Maintain and manage the master production schedule to ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Coordinate workflow with production teams, resolving scheduling conflicts and prioritising tasks.
  • Review complex or custom jobs before release to the workshop.
  • Support reporting, document management, and operational improvements.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.

Quality Control:

  • Monitor crucial control points to ensure product quality meets internal and customer standards.
  • Track and report on performance metrics, including reworks, complaints, and returns.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes and product quality.

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor stock levels and progress of ordered goods.
  • Oversee and coordinate stocktakes, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
  • Analyse inventory data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience or strong interest in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment.
  • Proven ability in planning, reporting, and process coordination.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with a range of stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with scheduling or project management tools.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
