Customer Service Administrator
An established blue-collar supply business based in South Nowra is seeking a reliable and organised Administration Officer to join their team on a full-time basis.
This business supplies industrial products to clients across Australia and internationally, and this role plays a key part in ensuring smooth communication between customers, internal teams, and operations.
You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day administration, handling client enquiries, maintaining accurate data entry, and assisting with general office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing incoming phone calls and email enquiries
- Liaising with clients regarding orders, shipments and general enquiries
- Accurate data entry and maintaining internal systems
- Providing general customer service and administrative support
- Assisting with documentation for domestic and international orders
- Supporting internal teams with scheduling, order processing and coordination
- Maintaining organised filing and records
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in administration, office support or customer service
- Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with clients professionally
- High attention to detail and strong data entry accuracy
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within a team environment
- Reliable, organised and proactive attitude
