Role Overview

We are seeking a professional HR Driver to support a leading environmental services provider. This role involves early morning starts, safe transportation of HR personnel and materials, and occasional operational support. You will be part of a team committed to safety, sustainability, and operational excellence in waste management.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport HR personnel, documents, and equipment between sites.

• Operate vehicles in line with strict safety standards and road regulations.

• Assist with site operational tasks as required, including supporting waste handling and environmental services processes.

• Maintain vehicles in clean and operational condition, reporting any issues promptly.

• Provide flexible logistical support to the HR team as needed.

Requirements

• Current HR licence (heavy vehicle licence mandatory).

• Proven experience in waste management or environmental services operations.

• Comfortable with early morning starts and flexible schedules.

• Strong organisational skills and professional attitude.

• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain confidentiality.
