Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated food professional to join our culinary operations supporting high-volume educational catering. You will play a key role in delivering reliable, high-quality meals in a structured environment with a focus on consistency, food safety and student satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily kitchen prep, cook and service of nutritious meals in line with dietary requirements and service schedules.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, portion control and consistency.
• Comply with all workplace hygiene, safety and operational protocols.
• Support menu planning aligned to nutrition standards and peak service demands.
• Coordinate with kitchen team to deliver service across breakfast, lunch and ancillary service periods.
• Uphold continuous improvement in kitchen workflows, stock rotation and waste management.

Mandatory Requirements:
✔ Qualified Chef (TAFE/Cookery qualification) preferred.
✔ WWCC (Working With Children Check).
✔ Food Safety Certification (if not a qualified chef).
✔ Current Australian Driver’s Licence & own reliable transport.

• Strong food preparation and cookery skills in high-volume environments.
• Excellent understanding of food safety, hygiene and compliance practices.
• Solid organisational skills with ability to prioritise workloads.
• Team player with practical communication skills.
• Dependable, punctual and able to work independently.
