Labourer – Concrete Demolition & Jackhammering Works

We are currently onboarding Labourers to support concrete removal and demolition activities on active civil and construction sites. These positions require a high level of physical capability, attention to detail around safety, and confidence working with jackhammers and power tools in a fast-paced environment.

You will be contributing to small and medium-scale demolition works, including breaking concrete, handling materials, and maintaining clean and safe work areas. Successful candidates will be safety-first operators with reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.



Key Responsibilities

• Break and remove concrete structures using jackhammers and associated demolition equipment
• Perform manual handling duties including lifting, stacking, and shifting materials
• Clear rubble and debris from work zones to maintain safe access for plant and personnel
• Assist trades, operators, and supervisors with task-based requirements
• Follow WHS procedures, site controls, and reporting processes
• Operate as part of a coordinated team to meet project and time-based deliverables

Mandatory Requirements

To be eligible for deployment, candidates must hold or be willing to obtain:

• White Card (General Construction Induction)
• National Police Check (current or willingness to complete)
• 10830NAT – Asbestos Awareness
• 10830NAT – Crystalline Silica Exposure Prevention
• Reliable transport to and from site
• Ability to pass standard pre-employment screening as required
