About the Opportunity
This is a rare chance to join one of Australia’s most prestigious facilities as a Cleaning Services Team Member, based 30 minutes from Ulladulla. In this highly valued role, you will ensure that every guest-facing space from luxurious accommodation to corporate offices and common areas is maintained to the highest standard. Your attention to detail, professionalism, and pride in creating an immaculate environment will be key to delivering a premium experience for guests and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and style onsite and offsite accommodation, amenities, and common spaces to brand standards
• Clean and disinfect furniture, appliances, floors, and surfaces, including regular window washing
• Refresh accommodation with amenities, supplies, linen, and applicable collateral to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Take a proactive approach to identify maintenance needs, safety risks, and opportunities to enhance service
• Engage courteously with guests, visitors, and colleagues, ensuring satisfaction and professionalism at all times
• Collaborate effectively with the Cleaning Services Team and Property & Accommodation Manager to deliver operational excellence
• Adhere to all workplace health, safety, and risk management procedures
• Work a rotational weekend roster, performing duties as required to maintain high standards seven days a week

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in high-standard cleaning or hospitality environments highly regarded
• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in delivering a premium finish
• Strong time management, organisational, and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously while supporting a professional team
• Professional presentation and a commitment to representing the facility at its best
