You’ll maintain immaculate grounds and facilities, support flagship events, and ensure the property is always presented to the highest standard — all within a professional, high-profile environment. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance external areas including paddocks, landscaped zones, fencing, and access roads to pristine standards
• Undertake minor maintenance tasks and coordinate specialised contractors when required
• Maintain building exteriors and wash windows to professional levels
• Operate small plant and machinery relevant to property upkeep (e.g., mowers, tractors)
• Deliver courteous and professional service to visitors, clients, and stakeholders
• Support high-profile events with set-up, pack-down, and on-site assistance
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, tools, and consumables
• Undertake light administrative duties and proactively suggest operational improvements

Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years’ experience in caretaking, property, or facilities management roles
• Practical mechanical aptitude and capability to carry out minor maintenance tasks
• Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and maintain high standards
• Current driver’s licence
