Skilled Labourers – Civil, Building, Construction & Manufacturing
Location: Shoalhaven

About the Role
We are seeking reliable and motivated Skilled Labourers to support projects across civil, building, construction, and manufacturing environments. You will perform a variety of hands-on tasks, assist tradespeople, and contribute to the smooth running of worksites or workshops.

These roles are ideal for individuals who enjoy practical work, working as part of a team, and gaining experience across multiple trades.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general labouring and site or workshop support tasks
  • Assist tradespeople and operators with daily activities
  • Mix, pour, screed, and finish concrete, including basic formwork
  • Support assembly, fabrication, mechanical, or workshop operations
  • Handle materials safely and maintain clean and organised work areas
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively

Skills & Experience
Essential:

  • Hands-on problem-solving and practical skills developed on the job
  • Ability to work safely and effectively in a team environment
    Desirable:
  • Experience in civil, building, construction, or manufacturing projects
  • Exposure to concrete work, carpentry, welding, fabrication, assembly, or mechanical tasks
  • Trade qualifications, tickets, or relevant practical industry experience

You do not need to meet all criteria—experience in one area is welcomed and encouraged.

Requirements

  • Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
  • PPE suitable for site or workshop work
  • White Card (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to teamwork
