What This Traineeship Offers

You’ll be guided through all aspects of dealership operations, including:

• Assisting customers and learning how to lead purposeful conversations that support the sales process
  
• Developing strong knowledge of caravans, vehicles, accessories, and parts
  
• Gaining confidence using dealership software systems and handling sale administration
  
• Supporting supplier relationships and inventory coordination
  
• Assisting with handover processes, follow-up care, and value adding opportunities
  
• Understanding repairs, warranties, and finance workflows

  About You
  
  We’re looking for someone who brings a level of maturity, professionalism, and customer awareness suited to a sales environment where trust and clear communication are essential. You will likely have:

• A proactive attitude and the ability to follow tasks through from start to finish
  
• Solid organisational habits and the ability to learn new systems
  
• An interest in digital platforms or social media (advantageous but not essential)
