We are seeking a skilled EWP Operator to join a high-profile defence project on a secure defence base in the Shoalhaven area. This role involves working at heights to safely dismantle defence machinery, handle components with care, and assist with storage for later reassembly. The role also requires the use of hand tools and small power tools to complete dismantling tasks. The ideal candidate is highly safety-conscious, experienced with elevated work platforms, and thrives in structured environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Elevating Work Platforms (EWPs) safely and efficiently
• Work at heights to dismantle defence machinery using hand tools and small power tools
• Assist with storing components for later reassembly
• Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant work area
• Follow all defence site safety protocols and reporting requirements

Essential Requirements:

• Valid EWP / Working at Heights ticket
• Current White Card
• Experience with hand tools and small power tools
• Proven experience operating EWPs in industrial, mechanical, or construction settings
• Strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and reliability
