Job Title: Forklift Operator
Location: South Nowra, NSW

About the Role:
Join a busy warehouse team handling premium, luxury wellness products. We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to move materials and finished goods efficiently and safely within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts (LF licence required) to move raw materials, components, and finished products.
• Load and unload deliveries, prepare shipments, and organise stock within the warehouse.
• Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance on forklifts.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse in line with WHS standards.
• Assist with general warehouse duties including order picking, manual handling, and stock control.
• Report any equipment issues, hazards, or safety incidents promptly.

Requirements:

• Valid forklift licence (LF); experience with high-reach or counterbalance forklifts preferred.
• Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks safely.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills for stock handling and documentation.

Desirable:

• Experience with inventory systems or warehouse management software.
