Are you organised, detail-oriented, and ready to make a tangible impact in a dynamic operational environment? We’re seeking an Administrator to provide critical support to our waste services team, helping coordinate day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with WHS requirements, and support smooth logistics across Shoalhaven.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate records, schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate vehicle movements, deliveries, and equipment transfers in support of operational teams.
• Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist with procurement, stock control, and administrative reporting.
• Support WHS compliance, operational procedures, and emergency logistics as required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in administrative systems; ability to quickly learn logistics software (e.g., GPS tracking, inventory management).
• Current Class C Driver’s Licence and right to work in Australia.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable (Bonus Points):

• Experience in local government, logistics, or waste management administration.
• Knowledge of environmental or WHS regulations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
