About the Role
This dual internal/external sales role will focus on managing enquiries, quoting, and developing relationships with clients across a range of sectors. Working closely with estimating and project teams, you will play a key part in driving new business and ensuring a smooth handover from sales to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming enquiries and follow up leads
  
• Prepare and submit accurate quotes and tenders
  
• Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients, builders, and developers
  
• Identify new business opportunities and markets
  
• Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
  
• Maintain CRM and provide regular sales reporting
  

Skills & Experience

• Experience in sales within construction, roofing, or building products
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
  
• Ability to prepare quotes and manage client expectations
  
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development
  
• Knowledge of construction industry practices highly regarded
