About the Role
This dual internal/external sales role will focus on managing enquiries, quoting, and developing relationships with clients across a range of sectors. Working closely with estimating and project teams, you will play a key part in driving new business and ensuring a smooth handover from sales to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming enquiries and follow up leads
Prepare and submit accurate quotes and tenders
Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients, builders, and developers
Identify new business opportunities and markets
Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
Maintain CRM and provide regular sales reporting
Skills & Experience
Experience in sales within construction, roofing, or building products
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to prepare quotes and manage client expectations
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development
Knowledge of construction industry practices highly regarded
