Key Responsibilities
Assist with preparing quotes, tenders, and project documentation
Manage purchase orders, invoicing, and job costing
Support project managers with scheduling and coordination
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
Maintain records, reports, and compliance documentation
Provide general office and project administration support
Skills & Experience
Prior experience in a construction or trade-based administrative role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management systems
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
