We’re seeking reliable and experienced Civil Labourers to join a dedicated maintenance crew supporting essential infrastructure across the Wollongong region. You’ll assist in the upkeep and repair of council assets, including pathways, stormwater systems, and other civil works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general civil labouring duties and site preparation

• Assist with maintenance and repairs to pathways, drainage, and stormwater infrastructure

• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

• Follow WHS procedures and maintain a clean, compliant worksite

• Work collaboratively with crews to complete daily tasks and meet deadlines

Requirements:

• White Card and full PPE (mandatory)

• Reliable transport and a strong work ethic

• Previous experience in civil, concreting, or formwork (highly desirable)

• Physically fit and capable of outdoor manual labour
