We’re seeking a reliable, safety-focused HR Truck Driver to join a well-established civil maintenance team in the Shoalhaven region. This full-time position offers consistent weekday hours and the stability of local work — home every night.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate HR trucks to transport, deliver, and remove materials for civil projects
• Support roadworks, drainage, and general maintenance activities as required
• Conduct pre-start inspections and ensure compliance with all safety standards
• Collaborate with site teams to meet project timelines and deliver quality outcomes
• Maintain vehicle condition and report any issues promptly

Requirements

• Proven experience operating HR trucks within civil or construction environments
• Current HR (Heavy Rigid) licence
• Current White Card (Construction Induction)
• Strong understanding of safe loading/unloading and traffic management practices
• Reliable, team-oriented, and effective communicator
