Our product range includes thermoset resins, epoxy and vinyl ester laminating systems, putty systems, polyester car putties, polyurethane moisture-cure systems, chemical anchoring solutions, floor coatings, and waterproofing membranes.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Officer to ensure quality and compliance across laboratory and manufacturing processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, takes ownership of results, and enjoys presenting findings to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality assurance testing and analyse samples to ensure products meet standards
  
• Prepare specimens, films, and membranes for testing in accordance with quality assurance protocols
  
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment while safely managing chemical hazards
  
• Maintain accurate records, including laboratory notebooks, for site and regulatory compliance
  
• Support research and development (R&D) projects by planning, coordinating, and assisting under guidance from Principal Investigators
  
• Present data and findings to Principal Investigators and program leaders
  
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments
  

Skills & Experience Required:

• Previous laboratory or quality assurance/QC experience; medical, pathology, or manufacturing background preferred
  
• A tertiary qualification in a science-related field (Chemistry, Biology, or Materials Science is desirable)
  
• Strong attention to detail with exceptional organisational skills
  
• Ability to work independently with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
