Are you a skilled Formwork Carpenter looking for more than just a short-term gig? Want to be part of a tight-knit team working on major infrastructure and commercial projects across Queensland?

We’re on the lookout for experienced formwork pros to join a leading precast manufacturing facility with a rock-solid project pipeline and long-standing industry relationships.

This is full-time, ongoing work with an established operation that values quality, safety, and team culture.

You’ll be integral to the manufacturing process, crafting complex moulds to exact specifications for high-quality precast concrete elements used in major infrastructure and commercial projects.

What You'll Be Doing

• Reading and interpreting technical formwork plans and drawings
  
• Building and installing precision formwork for high-quality precast concrete components
  
• Working closely with a supportive team to meet tight deadlines and top-tier quality standards
  
• Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
  

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience in formwork carpentry
  
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings
  
• Experience with precast concrete (highly regarded but not essential)
  
• Great attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
  
• A keen eye for detail and a team-first mindset
  

Requirements

• Relevant trade qualification (preferred but not essential)
  
• White Card (WHS)
  
• Current driver’s licence + reliable transport
