Scaffolders – Shoalhaven Region

We are seeking qualified and experienced Scaffolders to join our local team in the Shoalhaven. This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent work close to home, with a company that values safety, teamwork, and reliability.

About the Role:

• Erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolds across construction and industrial sites

• Ensuring all work is carried out to Australian Standards and WHS regulations

• Working efficiently within a crew to meet deadlines and project requirements

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant worksite at all times

Requirements:

• Current High Risk Work Licence – Scaffolding (Basic, Intermediate or Advanced)

• White Card (General Construction Induction)

• Demonstrated experience in scaffolding within construction or industrial environments

• Commitment to safe work practices and following instructions

• Must be local to the Shoalhaven area with reliable transport and PPE

Desirable:

• Additional tickets/licences such as EWP, Working at Heights, Confined Space

• Previous experience on major projects or large-scale sites
