Dogman – Nowra Location

We are currently seeking an experienced and safety-focused Dogman to join our team on upcoming projects in the Nowra region. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and takes pride in working to high safety and quality standards.

About the Role

• Dogging duties, including the safe slinging and directing of loads

• Working closely with crane operators, riggers, and site supervisors

• Assisting with general site labouring tasks when required

• Maintaining a strong focus on workplace health and safety

• Supporting efficient site operations and contributing to project outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Current Dogman ticket (essential)

• White Card (essential)

• Must be able to provide your own PPE (steel-capped boots, hi-vis, hard hat, gloves etc.)

• Previous construction site experience

• Strong safety awareness and communication skills

• Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude
