In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, quotes, orders, and deliveries while ensuring a seamless, high-quality service experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly, professionally, and accurately.
• Manage quotes, orders, pricing, and product information efficiently.
• Provide timely and accurate delivery and product details to customers.
• Act as a liaison between customers, suppliers, end-users, and sales representatives.
• Coordinate with freight companies to ensure smooth shipments and deliveries.
• Follow up on outstanding quotes and requests to maintain excellent customer relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in a B2B enviornment - liasing with local and national businesses
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a professional, courteous approach.
• High attention to detail and accuracy, especially in data entry.
• Proficient with computer systems and quick to learn new software.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve customer concerns effectively.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• Experience or knowledge of building or plumbing products.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and engineering drawings.
• Experience liaising with freight companies and managing logistics.
• Positive, collaborative attitude with a drive to contribute to team success.
