We are seeking a professional Receptionist / Administrator to join a well-established law practice providing services across Family Law, Property Law, Conveyancing, Dispute Resolution, Criminal Law, Wills and Estates, Commercial Law and Litigation. This is an excellent opportunity to be the first point of contact for clients and provide essential administrative support within a client-focused, professional environment.
This role is central to the smooth operation of the office and involves both reception and administration responsibilities. Key duties include:
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Greeting and assisting clients in a professional manner
Managing appointments and diary scheduling
Drafting and preparing correspondence and documentation
Assisting with file management and general office duties
Data entry, scanning, and maintaining accurate records
Supporting solicitors with administrative tasks as required
Using systems such as LEAP, PEXA, and InfoTrack
You will play an important role in ensuring clients receive a positive and professional experience from their very first interaction.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Previous experience in reception and/or office administration (legal or professional services preferred)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (experience with LEAP software an advantage)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
A proactive and professional approach with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
