Your Role

Operate your own business delivering a range of critical building and pest inspection services, including:

• Pre-purchase and pre-sale building & pest inspections

• Termite, asbestos, and timber pest inspections and testing

• New build stage inspections and dilapidation reports

• Depreciation schedules (partnered with an established schedule provider)

• Methamphetamine testing and other specialist reports

Who Should Apply?

You’ll need:

• Builder’s Licence or qualifications to obtain one, with 5+ years’ experience working under a licensed builder, or

• Certificate IV in Building with 5+ years’ experience, or

• Qualification as an Architect, Surveyor, or Structural Engineer with 5+ years’ industry experience
