Receptionist
Full-Time – 38 Hours per Week

We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to provide essential support across our Property Management, Sales, and Executive teams. This role requires someone who can maintain a polished office environment while managing administrative and reception duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception duties including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
  • Conduct stocktakes and replenish office materials.
  • Support Property Managers and Sales teams with data entry and routine admin tasks.
  • Ensure the office is presented to the highest standard at all times.
  • Provide personal and professional assistance to the Directors as needed.
  • Assist with repetitive and ad-hoc administrative tasks across the business.

Candidate Profile:

  • Outstanding presentation and professional communication skills – non-negotiable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Experience in Sales, Property Management, or Commercial Property Management is a plus but not essential.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
