Looking to step into a key leadership role in a high-performing manufacturing environment?

Are you an experienced operator with a strong understanding of manufacturing and machining? Are you organised, proactive, and ready to step into a critical coordination role within a busy production team?

In this full-time, hands-on position, you'll be responsible for coordinating workflow, managing materials, and ensuring production targets are met. You’ll work closely with a skilled team, providing support and direction to keep jobs moving efficiently and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor production schedules and coordinate workflow across machines.
  • Contribute to daily machine review and Toolbox meetings.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues using structured problem-solving tools.
  • Manage supplies, coordinate routine equipment maintenance, and maintain a clean workshop.
  • Assist with rescheduling when absences occur and ensure afternoon shift workloads are prepped.
  • Promote and maintain WHS and quality compliance across all tasks.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.
  • Previous experience working with sheet metal
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve in real-time.
  • Comfortable using tools and lifting sheet steel as required.
  • Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail and commitment to team success.
