Construction Labourer| Nowra | $32.31/hr | Ongoing Opportunity


We are currently seeking a labourer for an ongoing opportunity with a leading Nowra-based manufacturer specialising in coatings, waterproofing membranes, and resin systems for a range of industries.

Position Overview:

• Location: Nowra, NSW
• Engagement: Ongoing
• Bonus: Lunch provided each day, no rain days

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery in line with company procedures and safety standards
• Assist in batching, mixing, and packaging processes
• Perform manual handling tasks and maintain work area cleanliness
• Maintain strict adherence to WHS protocols

Key Requirements:

• Labouring experience desirable
• Forklift licence desirable
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physically fit – this is a hands-on, labour-intensive role requiring manual lifting and consistent movement throughout the day
• Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
