We are currently seeking experienced Concrete Patchers for a high-volume precast manufacturing yard based in the Salisbury area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected and safety-first facility that supports major infrastructure and construction projects across Queensland. With consistent workflow and long-term projects underway, you’ll be joining a stable and skilled team. As a Concrete Patcher, you will be responsible for the repair and finishing of precast concrete elements, ensuring all products meet quality and aesthetic standards prior to delivery.

Your Role

• Patching, repairing, and smoothing imperfections in precast concrete elements.
• Grinding, sanding, and finishing to achieve consistent surface quality.
• Identifying and addressing air pockets, honeycombs, and edge damage.
• Mixing and applying repair compounds as per product specifications.
• Working collaboratively with quality control and production teams to meet daily targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in concrete patching, rendering, or a related trade.
• Ability to work with hand tools (grinders, trowels, sanding tools, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality finish standards.
• Proactive, safety-conscious, and able to work autonomously or in a team.

Requirements

• WHS White Card (mandatory).
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport.
• Previous experience in a precast or concrete production environment preferred.
